It's been 2 years since our soft launch in the Philippines and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for building an incredible community that has come to define Dunk City Dynasty. While you've been grinding on the courts, we've been fine-tuning controls, balancing characters, and optimizing servers based on your feedback as we prepare for the global official launch. Coming in Q2 2025, the global launch will bring bigger competition, smoother gameplay, and the ultimate streetball experience with no limits. Get ready!

To pave the way for this new chapter, we will be discontinuing recharge services and closing account registration for the Philippine server on April 23, 2025, with the official shutdown following in May 2025. However, rest assured - your dedication as early contributors will not go unnoticed. Here are more details on how we'll honor your commitment to Dunk City Dynasty!

As a token of our appreciation, all Philippine server players will receive special rewards after the global launch as follows:

Registered players will receive a commemorative costume to honor their time on the Philippine server, along with Star Vouchers.

Level 30+ players will receive extra Superstar Vouchers.

There're 3 categories of global launch compensation. Each user can only receive a reward in the highest category once.

For recharged players, refunds will be given in Tokens based on the following rules:

The conversion ratio is 1 US dollar = 60 Tokens.

Recharge amounts are rounded up to the nearest whole US dollar.

Players who recharged up to 1,000 US dollars will receive a 150% rebate in Tokens.

Every additional amount beyond 1,000 US dollars will receive a rebate of 125%, with no upper limit.

Here are some examples for easy reference:

If a player recharged 99.99 US dollars, it is rounded up to 100 US dollars, and the rebate is:

100 × 60 × 150% = 9,000 Tokens

If a player recharged 1,099.99 US dollars, it is rounded up to 1,100 US dollars, and the rebate is:

1,000 × 60 × 150% + 100 × 60 × 125% = 90,000 + 7,500 = 97,500 Tokens

The recharge rebate and return rewards will be valid for the first 90 days after the global launch. So please make sure that you claim the rewards ASAP after the global launch.

To ensure you receive your rewards in the global version, please make sure that you:

   -Link your social media account before the Philippine server shuts down.

   - Use the same linked account when logging into the global server after launch.

   -Set your account's time zone to Southeast Asia to avoid being recognized as a new account.
